Overview

Tranquilo Communities is a nationwide owner and operator of manufactured housing and RV communities, with a portfolio spanning 22 communities across the United States. They partnered with me due to my experience in the multifamily and property management space, seeking a more strategic, professional brand presence and a website capable of supporting growth, home sales, and increased online visibility.

While Tranquilo had an existing logo, they lacked brand guidelines, a cohesive visual system, and a functional website that clearly communicated who they are, what they do, and how they support residents and property owners.

The Challenge

Tranquilo’s previous website consisted of only a home page, a page for each community in their portfolio, and a contact page, offering little insight into the company’s mission or services. It failed to differentiate them within the competitive manufactured housing and RV management space and did not support SEO, sales, or scalability.

Key challenges included:

  • No defined brand standards for logo usage, fonts, colors, or voice

  • A website that did not showcase communities, homes for sale, or services

  • Limited visibility into the company’s value for residents and property owners

  • No centralized platform to market homes for sale across multiple states

  • Minimal calls-to-action and no clear user journey

The site needed to evolve from a basic placeholder into a comprehensive marketing and sales tool.

Brand Strategy & Visual Identity

I created a complete branding suite to bring clarity and consistency to Tranquilo’s visual presence, including:

  • A refined color palette and typography system

  • Logo usage guidelines

  • A defined brand voice that balances professionalism, approachability, and trust

  • A scalable framework that could be applied across digital, print, and on-site marketing

Website Design & Development

I designed and built a fully custom website from the ground up, developing both the structure and the messaging to support Tranquilo’s business goals. The new site includes:

  • Strong, conversion-focused calls-to-action throughout the site

  • SEO-optimized copy to improve search visibility and keyword rankings

  • Interactive Community Map allowing users to search by location, amenities, lifestyle, and park views

  • Dedicated pages for:

    • Homes for Sale

    • About the Company

    • Acquisitions (targeting RV & MHC owners)

    • Blog & FAQs

  • Third-party integrations enabling users to apply for residency and pay site rent online

Additional Marketing Support

To support on-site traffic and sales, I also designed:

  • Custom community signage, including bandit signs and feather flags

  • Canva templates for Tranquilo’s in-house marketing coordinator to promote homes for sale on social media

The Results

The redesigned website now serves as a central hub for residents, buyers, and property owners—while significantly improving Tranquilo’s digital visibility and sales funnel.

  • 300% increase in website traffic month-over-month since launch

  • Approximately 1,000 monthly clicks to the interactive map

  • Improved Google rankings for targeted keywords
